Q: Can I wash garments with a sewn-on or iron-on patch?
Yes. We recommend turning the garment inside out and washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. For best durability, air drying is preferred. Sew-on patches generally last longer than iron-on patches when washed frequently.
Q: Can you help me create a patch design?
Absolutely. You can send us a sketch, reference image, or concept, and our team will assist with converting it into a production-ready patch design.
Q: What is the production time for custom patches?
Average production time is 3-12 business days after design approval.
Q: Can I make changes after approving the design?
Changes are possible before production starts. Once production begins, changes may not be available.
