These come with adhesive backing that is heat activated, we recommend applying with a heat press

Heating Instructions:
Keep your temperature at 325 degrees for 20 seconds
Place the patch at desired location and cover with a teflon sheet
Press for 20 seconds, do not try to peel off yet
Turn the shirt inside out and press again for 20 seconds, do not forget to cover with teflon sheet
Washing Instructions:
Wait 24 hours before first wash
Recommended to wash finished garments inside out in cold water with mild detergent
Do not bleach
Avoid fabric softener
Tumble dry low
